Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Frevun Technologies ("Frevun", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our websites and software products. We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data-protection law.
1. Data controller
Frevun Technologies is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any data-protection enquiry, or to reach our data-protection contact, please contact us.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — such as your name, email address, and password when you register.
- Billing information — payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — information about how you interact with our services, such as log data, device and browser information, and feature usage.
- Content — data you submit to our products in the course of using them.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our products.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
- To maintain security and prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only limited information (such as the last four digits of your card and transaction status) needed to manage your subscription.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing), or where required by law.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the products you subscribe to), legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve our services and prevent fraud), consent (where required, for example certain communications), and compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements).
8. Your rights
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by service providers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision.
11. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
