Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to software products operated by Frevun Technologies ("Frevun", "we", "us").

1. Subscriptions

Our products are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in accordance with EU and Estonian consumer law. For digital services, if you ask us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that statutory right may no longer apply. This statutory right is in addition to, and not limited by, the refund terms below.

We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages that materially affected your use of the product.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us from the address associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
