Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software products and services operated by Frevun Technologies ("Frevun", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Frevun Technologies provides cloud-based, subscription software-as-a-service (SaaS) products accessed through a web browser. Each product may have additional product-specific terms, which form part of these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services.

3. Subscriptions & billing

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, infringe others' rights, or use them for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The services, software, and all related content are owned by Frevun Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frevun Technologies' aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have statutory rights under EU and Estonian consumer law that are not affected by these Terms, including, where applicable, a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where you request immediate access to a digital service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that statutory right may not apply. See our Refund Policy for details.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
